Our products are manufactured for you custom customers, so it is recommended before you confirm the order to go over the details and check that they were properly typed to avoid mistakes.
The items you have purchased will be packaged manually in a sealed package, usually in six business days and not later than seven business days.
The shipment will be sent by Israel Post, to the nearest post office or by express courier. Or postal services from abroad “Ukrposhta”
The package will be sent to you by registered mail and you will receive a tracking number so that you can know at any time where your package is when it is on its way, the shipment will be waiting for you at the nearest Israel post office.

If the product is not fit, the product can be repaired and adjusted to the customer’s measurements. Please do so directly to the moss boutique staff within 48 hours of receipt of the package to coordinate the repair of the product. No replacements after purchase.
The refund will be given if the item has not been used in its original packaging and has not suffered any defect or damage. The refund will only be made when the item arrives at the Moss boutique offices and will only be returned for the products returned.
The monetary credit will be issued within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the item back, only to the credit card from which the order was made. The credit will be made under the same conditions as the original transaction (ie, a transaction made in installments will also be credited in this manner, and a transaction that was charged by means of a single payment will be credited with one payment).
An item purchased during the operation can be returned within 7 business days and the refund will be determined according to the price at the time of purchase.
Return defective product Free shipping, limited to only one time. A payment will then be made according to the nature of the shipment.
Product return policy – lingerie category
According to the directives of the Ministry of Health, and under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including secondary legislation, replacement of underwear products, including swimwear, will not be possible.
Together with the above, Moss boutique allows the replacement of certain products under clear conditions. You can contact us and inquire on a case-by-case basis.
Moss Boutique wishes to send you occasional e-mail information about its services as well as marketing information and such information will be sent to you only if you gave explicit consent to it, and at any time you can cancel your consent and stop receiving it. The Company will not disclose your personal information to advertisers. However, it may pass statistical information about users’ activity on the sites. Statistical information passed will not identify you personally.
Right to review information
According to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every person is entitled to review the information on him that is held in a database. A person who has reviewed the information on it and found that it is incorrect, complete, clear or up-to-date may contact the owner of the database with a request to amend or delete the information.
